I had a wonderful experience with USA insulation. The sales person was friendly, courteous, and honest. When the technicians came out, they were knowledgeable, efficient acutely aware of not leaving a footprint behind and very helpful and explaining the process if there were any questions that we had. Technicians were very friendly respectful, and I would highly recommend their services.

We were overall very happy with the experience from the salesman to the installers. It was quite terrifying watching them put holes into your house but 2 days later we noticed a huge difference in both the temperature and noise reduction inside the home. I wish we had done this service sooner! Quite a high price tag but worth it to us in the end.

This company is amazing to deal with! From the sales rep to the installers, everyone was polite, courteous, and very efficient. I was told installation would take 4-5 hours and when I got a call that it was completed in 3, I was shocked! Travis went over evrything with me as we walked around the whole house. You couId not tell which pieces of siding they pulled off to inject the foam. I was worried what kind of savings I would see, but 2 days after the installation, the temp dropped to around 40 degrees overnite. That would normally leave my house around 57 degrees, until I turned on the heat. When I checked the thermostat in the morning, the temp was 69 degrees! Just from the sun the day before, my house kept the heat because of the insulation. I will definitely savce money this season and for many seasons to come! Thank You!

The guys were awesome. They worked quickly and efficiently. You can’t “see” the difference, but since we had NO insulation their work was a Godsend and I’m sure we will save a lot of money on heat this winter. 5 stars, hands down!

My previous opinion was revised since Mrs. Sally, who I should clarify was the first person I spoke to and was very helpful and professional, unfortunately the second time I called she was out and another girl attended to me who did not know the situation and applied the rule, I want to change my opinion because the Owner and Mrs. Sally are going to refund me 50% of the deposit. Thank you for your attention and professionalism in this situation.
