I was very impressed by the entire process. Met with the owner for the evaluation and estimate. What I had in mind in terms of the work needed and the cost to get it done was way out of line. After telling him what I was experiencing and doing an inspection, he said he felt I needed far less work than I expected. He suggested the work be broken into phases starting with the most obvious problem, the need for insulation of a crawl space. Once that was completed, I could determine if additional work was necessary. I agreed to phase one. The workers showed up on time, were polite and professional. We went over the work to be done, the time it would take, how I would pay at the completion of the work, and what to do if there was any questions or issues. All work was accomplished as expected and the work site was left clean. There were no issues. The phase one work has made a huge difference in how comfortable my home is. At this point I don't anticipate needing additional insulation work but would not hesitate to use USA Insulation of Toledo should that change. They didn't try to sell me insulation I didn't need, gave me a price one tenth of what I anticipated, and did the work in a timely and professional manner. I could not be happier and readily recommend them.

From scheduling the estimate to the gentleman, Pat, who came out for the estimate and the actual work that was done by Casandra and her crew member I couldn’t be more pleased with this company! When Pat came out, he explained everything extremely thoroughly and answered all of my questions. He provided me with all the paperwork that I needed for various rebates and tax breaks. Casandra and her crew member arrived promptly when the scheduled appointment was. She explained the whole process to me and was extremely nice. I was extremely impressed with the amount of preparation set up work that they did as to not damage any surrounding carpet or furniture by tarping the whole area. After they were done, the cleanup was impeccable. They even replaced the screen in the window that had to be taken out to allow for the hose to go from the truck in the driveway to the attic. Everything was put back as it was. Job well done!

Casey and his crew showed up on time, and were very pleasant. Casey walked inside and out to explain the process in detail. The crew went above and beyond to insulate a potion of the house that had zero access. Casey and crew did exactly what I’d expect from a professional company. The property was left clean with no discrepancy’s. I would recommend this company to friends and family Thank you USA installation.

They did great work even though it was pouring rain. very professional and courteous. Crew leader Keith Lopez did excellent job making sure everything was cleaned up and that we were satisfied with the job.

From start to finish everything was explained thoroughly and all questions were answered. Once Keith Lopez and his crew were on site, they were professional, efficient, and quick. It wasn’t long at all until he was walking me through everything to explain what they did and everything went great. We hit a snag during the process because of my house and not only did they inform me of the potential problem, but went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed! Great service, highly recommend!

From our salesman Daniel, to our installers Angela and Roman, this was an extremely smooth process. Pleasant experience all around. Angela and Roman explained what they were going to do, worked steadily, and cleaned up afterwards. They walked us through, before and after the job. I have no problem recommending USA for anyone looking to upgrade their insulation issues. One word of advice though, is to purchase a pair of noise reducing headphones. Our house is brick, and the drilling is quite loud, if you are inside when they are working.

Started with there sign and the two nice young ladies helping me get a ( Free ) inspection , Andy came and got the inspection done and seen I had very little to nothing in my attic .
