Short: Extremely happy for finding USA Insulation! Professional and courteous; Nicole, Carrie, and the gentlemen run a tight ship. DO NOT insulate yourself, just call them! Long: I'm not sure how I found USA Insulation but I am sure glad I did and I know you will be too! I'm currently building my house and was going to put batt inside the walls. Carrie gave me a quote and also let me know about an injected foam type of insulation that is installed after drywall. I ended up going with that as it gave me a higher r value in the walls and she saved me $2,000! My job was split in two, day one was the walls and day two was the attic. The crew always showed up when they said (which is hard to find in contractors) and were always in good spirits (also hard to find in contractors). They were very easy to deal with and communicated well! There were two issues I noted during the process, one was that the injected foam didn't fill my cavities up all the way in some stud cavities. The other was that the vaulted ceiling was missed during blowing the attic (easy to do since the vaulted cavities were thin and hard to see). I brought these up and they were immediately taken care of (rare to find in contractors). They injected a little bit more foam for that fix. On the vaulted ceiling, they had actually left when I found it and when I called the office, they had the truck back to my house within the hour to finish the attic. I am very grateful I found USA! All this to say, they WILL do the job right, they WILL treat you right, and you CANNOT beat the quality for the price. If you need insulation work, call them!

I had USA Insulation installed injection foam into my outside walls. And it was a rainy day and the work crew showed up on time and wow! They did a great job I would recommend to everyone if you can ask for Chris,Tyler, and Eion. Great crew. Not to mention Jeff came out and walked us over the upcoming job great, great man and very knowledgeable. Thanks to everyone!!!

Responsive to my phone calls and questions. They arrived on time. Very courteous and professional. Did a great job. Cleaned up perfectly. Gave us enough pictures to know the scope of what was done. Went the extra mile to make sure that everything we needed was done in our insulation project. We would definitely work with them again and recommend them to others.

Awesome experience from salesman to installers. Big shout out to Chris Tyler,Eion. Fabulous job fellas. As insulation was being installed the noise from outdoors got less and less. Explained every aspect of installation and how it works and benefits our home. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommended it's been 4days since install house has stayed an amazing 68° 24hrs a day this is an investment that will pay off for years to come. I'm adding 5 more Stars. Ps. We had air baffles installed and more insulation added in our attic by USA Insulation of Knoxville, TN. Excellent service from the initial contact with their sales manager, Carrie, to the professional job completed by installers Jason and J.R. I'm the type of guy who asks lots of questions up front and Carrie had the answers. The project notes were conveyed to the installers in advance of them arriving to the job and carried out to the T. Fair pricing; highly recommended.

What a fantastic experience, right from the initial phone call to Nicole, the estimate appointment with Jeff, to the insulation crew of Carrie, Tyler and Eion it was a very professional feeling!! The work done was fantastic, by the time they were ready to leave you would have never known they were here. I am so excited to stay warm this winter and cool next summer!!

Installers were quick and thorough. Kept me informed as to steps for installing the insulation. Could not tell where the drilling took place. Very professional company. Would highly recommend this company

Used USA Insulation to insulate my unfinished basement ceiling. Jeff visited the house twice, once as the initial inspection and second with the estimate. He was fantastic, very nice and knowledgeable. Carrie, Jr, and Tee did the install and finished a 1000sqft basement in less than 2 hours. They were incredibly efficient and a very friendly crew. I will be asking for them again when I get the wall injection done! Highly recommend.
