Jeff came to our home to give us a quote and our project ended up not being as straightforward as anticipated. He was extremely communicative and helpful as he continued to work with us to find a solution. The install team was incredibly helpful and kind as well. They arrived on time and were extremely communicative and efficient.

Short: Extremely happy for finding USA Insulation! Professional and courteous; Nicole, Carrie, and the gentlemen run a tight ship. DO NOT insulate yourself, just call them! Long: I'm not sure how I found USA Insulation but I am sure glad I did and I know you will be too! I'm currently building my house and was going to put batt inside the walls. Carrie gave me a quote and also let me know about an injected foam type of insulation that is installed after drywall. I ended up going with that as it gave me a higher r value in the walls and she saved me $2,000! My job was split in two, day one was the walls and day two was the attic. The crew always showed up when they said (which is hard to find in contractors) and were always in good spirits (also hard to find in contractors). They were very easy to deal with and communicated well! There were two issues I noted during the process, one was that the injected foam didn't fill my cavities up all the way in some stud cavities. The other was that the vaulted ceiling was missed during blowing the attic (easy to do since the vaulted cavities were thin and hard to see). I brought these up and they were immediately taken care of (rare to find in contractors). They injected a little bit more foam for that fix. On the vaulted ceiling, they had actually left when I found it and when I called the office, they had the truck back to my house within the hour to finish the attic. I am very grateful I found USA! All this to say, they WILL do the job right, they WILL treat you right, and you CANNOT beat the quality for the price. If you need insulation work, call them!

We had air baffles installed and more insulation added in our attic by USA Insulation of Knoxville, TN. Excellent service from the initial contact with their sales manager, Carrie, to the professional job completed by installers Jason and J.R. I'm the type of guy who asks lots of questions up front and Carrie had the answers. The project notes were conveyed to the installers in advance of them arriving to the job and carried out to the T. Fair pricing; highly recommended.

I tried to contact difference companies to get and estimate and there was none in my area so I called Knoxville companies. USA insulation was the only one that returned my call. The salesman came out the next day and showing me all the matereials and then did a complete inspection of the ceiling, roof , under house footing and the extier walls which had holes from woorpeckers. He quoted me a price explaining all the details. We set up a day for installation in a week. They came as expected at 8 am promotly and works until 2 pm. They cleaned up all there shaving and left the house clean inside and out. I would highly recommend this company. They also will help to insure I get a $1,200 tax credit for this year. USA Insulation affordably and efficiently solved my oven-in-summer and freezer-in-winter garage problem with both the blown in fiberglass insulation in the attic and the injected foam in the walls. The garage has been remarkably more comfortable since the installation and I’m excited to be able to have year round use of that space without melting from the heat or shivering from the cold. It was an enjoyable experience working with both Jeff the estimator who clearly explained the process and its benefits, and Nicole and Carrie the installers who were completely professional and efficient during the installation. My sincere thanks to them from both myself and my neighbor Caroline who had them insulate her garage the same day as mine.
