I am very satisfied with the entire staff at USA Insulation of Akron. The work that was done was exterior wall (vinyl siding) foam insulation and attic blown-in insulation. From the sales rep (Brian) to the installation team (led by Matt), they are the type of people that I would be happy inviting into my home. They were personable, professional, and friendly and I was very comfortable with them and the quality of their work. They took the time to clearly explain what they will be doing and then provided a thorough review of the completed work. The job site cleanup was complete and thorough. The entire job was completed in under a day. I would definitely recommend USA Insulation of Akron for any home insulation project.

I called USA insulation upon the suggestion of a neighbor, they sent Brian Carey to my home, I requested that our current blown fiberglass was approaching 40 years old and I wanted to see what we were facing, I had the old style can lights which was causing loss of heat and warmth the solution was to cover them with tenmats and blow additional fiberglass into the attic of our ranch home. he gave me a great price and the installers came out took care of everything and I opted for the R60, over the years the insulation settles over 40 years so this additional insulation will help control our energy use, electric is not getting any cheaper so it was an improvement to our aging in place home. The installers were great, they knew what they were doing and Nicholas answered all my questions before during and after the process. If you are tired of your electric and natural gas prices going up give them a call our tired home attics could benefit from help from USA insulation Great people, great company to do business with.

I recently had USA Insulation install new attic insulation in my home, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The two-man crew was incredibly professional and took the time to answer all of my questions, making me feel confident in the process. They completed the work in a timely manner and were such a minimal disturbance that I was actually able to continue working from home throughout the entire installation. It is rare to find a team that is this efficient and respectful of your space. I’m very happy with the results and would highly recommend USA Insulation to any of my family and friends looking for quality service.

All I have to say is WOW! What a great team! From the initial phone call I made to Pam in the office, to the in-house visit from Brian, to the reminder of the appointment date from Mike, to the visit from Anthony and his wonderful crew. That was my interaction with USA insulation and I only wished I could have been there for the actual service. I was not able to be there at that that time but my wife handled it from there. Her exact words to me were " I really didn't even need to be here because everything was done so meticulously and I was very impressed about every aspect. " When I got home you couldn't tell anyone was there no debris anywhere, no tracks in the yard, no evidence that anything was disturbed. I am very pleased with every aspect from communications to the actual job. It would be nice to have other contractors follow their great team efforts and fantastic attention to detail and to the customer's needs. You have passed and earned the WAF! Great group of guys that showed up to do the work. Very respectful of the fact that I have cats and dogs. I am very happy with the work they did. Can't tell from the outside of my house that they were even there. If anything my siding looks a little cleaner. Instantly noticed a difference in temperature inside the house. I thought I was going to have to make some upgrades to my boiler system before winter, but now I dont think I need to. Definitely recommend getting this done. (Balloon frame house from 1900 with no insulation to begin with)

Couldn't have be happier with the experience. Matt and his crew did a great job and cleaned up way better than I could have hoped. AC can now keep cottage at a constant 71 degrees.

The guys that came out were great, very knowledgeable!! They were on time and they cleaned up when finished. The price of insulating the house is reasonable too. I highly recommend.

Was truly the best process. Brian came out twice for 2 different estimates and explained everything leaving no questions. Constant communication and an excellent job on instal day. I’d recommend and a clean job site!
