From start to finish, everyone was fantastic! Our sales rep explained the whole process in detail and made sure we understood it along with answering all of our questions. The price was fair and transparent. The team that came out on insulation day was great! They were kind, respectful, and cleaned up everything. They were even great with my little ones. My daughter wanted to watch them work and they included her in it and didn’t act like she was a bother. Also, with my 7 month old son, they make sure to warn me before loud noises so it didn’t upset him. We are already noticing that our house is staying warmer and our ac/furnace is running less. Overall, such a great experience and wish we would of done it sooner!

From working with Bill to get the deal done to how quickly the installers showed up and did their job to working with Pam in the office was amazing. Everyone is so nice and respectful. When the installers showed up they were professional, explained what they would do and cleaned up after. They also took pictures and shared them with me so I could see the work. This is an excellent company!

Great experience. Team of 3 guys. They were great with my dogs and cat. They were done by 4pm and cleaned the place perfectly. Out of all the work I'm having done to this place, this was the easiest one. GREAT Company!

Had USA Insulation of Akron out to our new home yesterday. We'd moved into the home in June of last year & this being our first Winter in the home, we had no idea of what to expect. Well we found out real fast when temps dipped to 20 below & our home was uncomfortably cold. On top of that you could feel a breeze in parts of the home. Our home is 110 years old & heated by a boiler system that was installed in 2007. The boiler is great, but was really struggling to keep up with the temperatures below zero. So we made the decision that we really needed to get insulation in the walls & we didn't want to wait until later in the year, mostly because nothing is getting cheaper, so to wait almost guaranteed it would just increase in cost, but also because it's just not comfortable to be layered up inside the home & using blankets on top of that. 😊 I contacted USA Insulation of Akron. They sent Bill D. out to survey the property & get us a quote. We expected it to cost right about what Bill quoted us, from the basic research we'd done a couple days prior, so no big surprises there. After meeting with Bill, he really put our mind at ease about the product, the process & the people who'd be doing the install. We were sold. Josh E. & a colleague showed up on time for the scheduled install day. Unfortunately shortly after arriving Josh's colleague became ill & had to leave, but not before that colleague came back with help for Josh. Josh continued on like the professional he is, along with his help & worked throughout the day to get the job done. We could not be more pleased with the end result. Not only is the breeze in the home gone, we also have the added benefit of not having to listen to all the traffic, neighbors, etc. The only thing I wish I could change, is that we'd done this earlier than we did. We're looking forward to a comfortable Winter next year & upcoming Summer this one. Thanks to Josh E. & the entire team at USA Insulation of Akron for the outstanding value you provided my family!

Pricing was fair and honest. Great bunch of guys. On time, courteous, professional. Went over some house issues with an outside walk around and inside tour. Had solutions with no problems involved. They got done far faster than I expected with a good cleanup and an extra check around the house. I noticed having the insulation that evening as the temperature stayed constant without the furnace coming on. Since I'm on a State highway, a traffic noise reduction was even noted. 1st class outfit and I would highly recommend.

My home is 75 years old and never been insolated. After recovering from an intense battle with cancer, I could no longer tolerate the cold draft, high energy costs, and hard-to-regulate temperature in my home environment. My sales consultant, Brian, gave me a thorough understanding of why my house was so dysregulated, drafty, and energy inefficient and explained how their product could resolve these problems. Having a non-toxic solution was also important for my health. I noticed an immediate improvement in my home once the foam insulation was installed. The installers were fantastic--polite, professional, expert quality techs and didn't leave a mess behind! Some people gave me pushback about this decision, "you'll never get that investment out of your home at re-sale," or "that's too expensive." Maybe? Maybe not? My thought was--it's going to benefit ME RIGHT NOW AND in the future. It will benefit the next owner too, and I'm okay with that, too. I wish the previous homeowner would have made this investment this house, but I have NO regrets. I am so happy and pleased in my decision to go with USA Insolation!!

Did what they promised. Cleaned up. Did a before and after walk around. Explained the delayed payment plan. And, were just really nice. The walls are noticeably less cold, especially my closet.

Brian is a true professional. He arrived at our house in North Canton on time and explained why the services we requested would not solve our problem. He was thorough in his explanation of the reasons. He is a valuable asset to his company.
