USA insulation outdid my expectations!! Chris came and spent an hour and a half at my house during my energy consultation answering all my crazy skeptical questions! We decided to move forward with the project because of the rebates that were available and we felt that it would benefit our home! We got on the schedule within a week. The crew that came was fantastic! They were extremely professional. Answered all my questions during the process again showed me exactly how it worked and did not try to hide anything! At the end of the day the owner would come and inspect everything and make sure that we were happy with how everything was being put back, overall through the whole process. They were extremely supportive and fantastic to work with! We have noticed a difference in our home already within this first week, it never could hold a consistent temperature and lately our air conditioning has not kicked on near as often as it was before to try to keep up! It also made a difference with the noise. we live on a busier road with lots of traffic going by and now with the foam insulation It has made it quieter! I would highly recommend this company to anybody looking to make their home more efficient. The true test will be winter but we are very satisfied so far!

These guys are the best! They made sure they didn't overfill and bow out the walls. All of the insulation guys were professional and made sure they cleaned up completely before they left. My biggest concern was the patching for the stucco. The color is close, and they are patched sufficiently. The work done was worth it. My house holds heat and cools better. The salesman was very thorough. He took good care of us, and the options for financing made it easy to take care of the work without feeling strapped. I highly recommend these guys and were happy to be a reference for them!

This was an amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone through the process was kind and helpful. When I contact them for a quote, I wasn’t sure they could even do anything for us because our house is so old, but they were able to do a lot for us! It was relatively quick, didn’t involve much from us to get it done, and they cleaned up after themselves! I also was pleasantly surprised about the price and there are so many payment options. If you’re contemplating updating your insulation, do it!

Reached out to three companies about putting insulation in the attic above my garage. Never heard back from one of them, while the second one asked about the size and gave a rough estimate over the phone followed by an email (then kept prodding me to accept the estimate via email). USA Insulation came to my home to talk about the work, prepare an estimate and include specifics about the work that would be done. Since their price was competitive with the other estimate it was easy to choose the one who did more to understand my needs and convince me the job would be done well. Work was scheduled within a week of the visit. The crew arrived early and asked if they could proceed after confirming what they would be doing. They were done in less then two hours and showed me pictures of what was done. They did quality work and were great to work with.

Definitely helped with noise reduction. We immediately could hear the difference. Guys were respectful. They cleaned up well after and completed the job in less than 8 hours. Looking forward to the colder months to see difference inside my house.

USA insulation was open with their pricing and in a quick inspection found I don’t need additional attic insulation but could benefit from wall insulation. While we are waiting to see what heating/air efficiencies may come we can tell exterior noise is decreased which was one of our goals. A small area under a window had been missed and once they realized it they arranged to come within the next day or so to ensure a complete job. I was appreciative of their upfront accountability and responsiveness.

Every contractor has a one off job where everything goes wrong and that was my house. However, USA Insulation has been so amazing at making sure everything gets fixed and corrected. I've appreciated their quick response to my concerns and their continuous communication. Their customer service has been top notch and Nate has been amazing to work with. Thank you crew!
