We had a truly wonderful experience with USA Insulation. We worked with Brian, Allison, and Zach, and each of them was knowledgeable, responsive, and just fantastic to work with. They did an excellent job helping to button up our old farmhouse, and we noticed a difference almost immediately. The team was respectful of our home, took the time to explain the process, and clearly cared about doing the job right. We highly recommend USA Insulation, especially for anyone with an older home looking to improve comfort and efficiency.

Recent project for full insulation of 2 attics as well as fill in any air leak/loss in basement. Costumer service/professionalism is definitely 10/10. Job was booked and completed within a few weeks, taking the team 2 full days to work on the basement and attic. The sales rep and the team that worked on the house were polite and courteous. I would say 8/10 for the job overall. I can still see heat loss coming through the 2nd story roof with thinning snow and some icicles still forming, but definitely not as bad as it was, the lower roof/1st floor roof doesn’t show any continued heat loss. The furnace does still run frequently but the thermostat on our fire place shows consistently higher temps since the job was done. I think some of this is the age of the house/roof, and the way it was built so I think they did well with what they had to work with. Would definitely recommend. Their prices were comparable to other quotes I had received as well.

From our first consultation with Zach to installation day the process was transparent, educational, professional and friendly. We appreciated the time spent educating us not only around the problem we were looking to solve but around the overall needs of our home. While we did not choose to have all the recommended work done, our decision on what work to have done was respected and there was no pressure whatsoever to do more than we were comfortable with at this time. Installation crew arrived promptly, and did a professional job from start to finish. Will definitely use USA Insulation again in the future as needs arise.

Truly, all-around exceptional service from everyone. Zach was great and provided an honest assessment, fully explained everything and answered all of my questions. The installation team was phenomenal - so nice and polite, efficient, and cleaned up like they were never there. Shane would show me the infrared pictures each time he came in to check how well the insulation was going into the walls and I felt like he was being as diligent as if it was his own house they were working on. The office staff contacted me the day before, partway through the work to see if I had any questions and again after the work was done. My experience with the company was well beyond five stars.

We had a room upstairs that was noticeably colder than other rooms. I had them come out to quote updating the insulation as the house was built in the 70s. Zach who came out to provide a quote was great, he spent the time to look over everything and also go over programs that the state has to offset the cost. He was not pushy, and also took the time to answer all questions. On the day of the job, we had Tim, Shayne, Keith, and Mark come out. All of them were great. They were thorough and efficient. They cleaned up afterward and went over all the work done with pictures to show. We already feel a difference in the house with regards to comfort. We can't recommend them enough. Thank you!

I was very pleased with the attic insulation job that USA Insulation did in my home. I thought that they were competent, knowledgeable, and friendly. From the sales person, to the crew members who did the installation, I thought that they did a thorough and professional job. They were flexible and accommodating to my changes and concerns. Likewise an office staff member followed up with me to check to see how the job went.

My attached garage didn’t have any insulation on the roof slope, so it was time to get it insulated. When I contacted companies in the area, they all pushed spray foam, except for USA Insulation. The cost difference between regular batt insulation and spray foam was about 3x! Zachary was great to work with and went to bat for me to get this approved. Tim and his crew were awesome and professional. They really took the time to address any concerns I had, and they left no mess at all. Would definitely recommend them to others!

This Company was First Rate, Start to Finish. Everyone was knowledgeable and hard working. Starting with the Salesperson(Zack) arriving on time, THOROUGHLY assessing the job(finding things we were unaware of), testing the current level of air infiltration, and all our other concerns. The Insulating Team also arrived on time every day(on the days scheduled), showed Great Professional behavior, each knowing their jobs and working efficiently together, answering and explaining all questions. The Cavity Camera was very interesting, being able to see the new insulation in the walls. There were several "Check Up" calls from the office during and after the work, to be sure we were satisfied with the progress. For something as messy as insulation, the clean up was great, all the mess was hauled away. A couple weeks after the install, the air infiltration was rechecked showing the improvement. There is nothing but Good Things to say about this experience.
