I had a great experience with them. First of all, we were in an urgent service situation and they gladly accommodated us without making a fuss about it. We were out of heating in February and they agreed to help out. Grateful. They came out to my home to investigate a strange insulation issue we were having and went far above and beyond just a basic inspection. They carefully diagnosed the root cause — insulation blocking a vent — which was creating the problem. What impressed me most was how patient and thorough they were throughout the process. They took the time to answer every question, explained what they were seeing, and made sure we fully understood the issue and the steps they took to address it. They didn’t rush the visit and made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving. The team was honest, punctual, professional, and very personable. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing insulation or home diagnostic services.

These people are very honest. I was looking to cleanup the mold in attic and replace insulation. While other contractors took measurements and gave qoutes around 10k, USA insulation went a step further - they inspected if it was actually mold and found out that it was just stains and mold had been treated in past (consistent with past owner's records) and there is no issue with attic. They could have also quoted some price and made money but they chose the honest way. I will always consider them before any other contractor.

I had the best experience with this company. From start to finish, they made everything easy and stress free. The crew showed up on time, explained what they were going to do, and really knew their stuff. They sprayed foam in my crawlspace and the results were noticeable right away, the floors feel warmer, I don’t feel the drafts anymore, and the space looks super clean. I’d give them 10 stars if it was possible.
