Max and his team at USA Insulation were great to work with. Excellent customer service; reasonable price for reinstalling insulation in crawl space and also insulating pipes. So pleased with the job and I highly recommend them!

Max and his crew were excellent. From the first visit to access the job to the final thorough clean up. Everyone involved was courteous, professional and very accommodating. Max handled all the rebate paperwork and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend this company highly. Thank you.

Max and his team were a a bunch of professionals! Easy to get a hold of, easy to work with, got a bunch of great rebates in as well!

Absolutely a great experience from Max bidding it to his crew installing the products. I won’t forget their phone number as I’m sure my friends and family will need there services. Prompt on time. Clean up was spotless just all around Professional Company.

USA Insulation did a great job in bringing our attic up to R49. They protected our brand new carpet and were very efficient in the work. Their bid was very competitive and they didn’t try to sell you on unnecessary work. Friendly and super responsive to our timeline and questions.

Awesome service! Great communication and reasonable price. We had Max and his team spray foam our vaulted ceiling at a project in New Castle. Delivered as promised.

Logan and team did a very good job. The team was professional and quick. My project looked awesome. The viper is so much better than standard visqueen. Max was very accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend!

I had the best experience with this company. From start to finish, they made everything easy and stress free. The crew showed up on time, explained what they were going to do, and really knew their stuff. They sprayed foam in my crawlspace and the results were noticeable right away, the floors feel warmer, I don’t feel the drafts anymore, and the space looks super clean. I’d give them 10 stars if it was possible.

What a difference! USA Insulation of Puget Sound recently sealed, treated, and upgraded my home's attic insulation in 1.5 days. My home now feels much warmer, and the indoor air seems cleaner. From start to finish, Max and his team were excellent to work with. Reasonable price, very good insulation upgrade, and thorough cleanup. Highly recommend USA Insulation of Puget Sound!

I had a great experience with them. First of all, we were in an urgent service situation and they gladly accommodated us without making a fuss about it. We were out of heating in February and they agreed to help out. Grateful. They came out to my home to investigate a strange insulation issue we were having and went far above and beyond just a basic inspection. They carefully diagnosed the root cause — insulation blocking a vent — which was creating the problem. What impressed me most was how patient and thorough they were throughout the process. They took the time to answer every question, explained what they were seeing, and made sure we fully understood the issue and the steps they took to address it. They didn’t rush the visit and made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving. The team was honest, punctual, professional, and very personable. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing insulation or home diagnostic services.
