We cannot recommend USA installation enough! Not only are they a family run business, but they are so professional and organized. Start to finish we felt so comfortable with their process and they were so great with communication and answering all of our questions. They did a seamless install and completely turned our attic insulation around. They sucked out all of the old insulation and installed new quickly and efficiently. We felt a drastic temperature change upstairs in our house immediately. Highly recommend using them!

We contacted USA Insulation after seeing one of their ads on TV. They came out and did a comprehensive analysis of our attic situations and the amount of air leakage we had. We were provided with a fair price and contracted the company to come out and perform to work. They told us several things that we could do in advance of them coming. They were here for about two days when they took all the insulation out of the attics and proceeded to seal up all the visible leaks. And then blew in insulation to an R 48 factor. The professionalism and courtesy of the individuals that came to perform to work, in our opinion, is unmatched. Not only was to work performed At a high level, but their follow up is even more impressive. We had several questions that were addressed immediately, and even when we had a simple Kevin Fitzpatrick actually came over to check it out. In our opinion, that is the defining factor for a successful contractor. In addition, after we enrolled in the Dominion energy rebate program, USA Insulation did all the paperwork for an energy rebate that was offered by Dominion Energy. . This amount was about 15% of our total cost. We look forward to additional savings during the heat of summer and the coldness of winter. We would highly recommend this service to anybody who is looking to be more energy, efficient, and save money at the same time.
