Absolutely exemplary service! Project was a two-day job, and work ethic was consistent from the evaluation through completion. The initial evaluation identified some areas for major improvement including a wall between the garage and den that had zero original fiberglass batting. Thermal cameras were used to pinpoint areas of heat loss and the proposal fairly factored in some basement crawl space improvements we had previously done. Team showed up early both days and powered through despite below freezing temps. As with any old house (1976) there were a few unexpected challenges but the crew managed them carefully and all the siding went back perfectly. A week later the area hit record low temps that lasted weeks, and our house was toasty warm with the new insulation. Gas bill dropped to $100/mo for an even 71 degrees inside, with the system kicking on far less frequently. USA Insulation is full service: there was a different product recommendation for the exterior walls, attic, and the funny [and originally uninsulated] mansard roof, which previously caused huge temperature differences between the first and second floor. With the new insulation in that front wall (which is under shingles) the upstairs does not get cold anymore. Mechanical air filtration works far better now that everything is sealed up, so environmental allergies have improved for the whole family. Very happy with the quality of the work and communication from the team!

A+++ service and installation. James and his team did a fantastic job insulating our attic. They were able to get in, seal up the holes, and layer insulation on top. They even found some places where there was zero insulation up there. They explained everything the job entailed and got it done in less than a day. A raccoon destroyed our insulation and USA did a great job removing the old insulation and putting in new insulation. It was a good price, the workers were friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Everything went great.

The team leader Anthony, explained the work to be done while the rest of the crew began the process of preparing the house for foam injection. The team was very engaging and answered my many questions. The entire job took about nine hours. They made sure the work area was clean before they left. The USA Insulation crew was on time, very professional, very polite, very methodical in their work. When any question arose about the exact work I wanted completed, Anthony stopped the work and discussed the questions with me. Then once an agreement was decided on the course of action to take, work resumed. Then Anthony would review the results with me. They were extremely careful and clean. Since I have a thermometer in several areas of my house, I can confirm the new insulation has improved the temperature by 3 to 5 degrees. And my heater has been operating way less. I am looking forward to my next utility bills to confirm what I am experiencing. An excellent company, and an excellent product.
