We are very happy with the insulation replacement provided by USA Insulation. From the first visit by Kevin to assess the project, he provided a complete estimation without any pressure or sale tactics. Later he answered all my questions and modified the proposal/contract to better clarify what are included in the project. James, the owner provided an option for us to spread the payment of the entire project into 18 months with NO INTEREST. On the day of the project, Kevin showed up along with a team of 3 persons led by Anthony. Kevin performed a thermal imaging to show locations of air leaks that he then provided to the team lead.Together they confirmed what need to be done. The Installation team proceeded to systematically removed all old insulation installed from 1985, air sealed all penetrations into the attic included chimney chase, stack pipes, exhaust fan, etc...and install R60 blown fiberglass insulation. They left our house AS CLEANED as when the showed up. At the each major stages Anthony invited me to inspect the works performed to make sure it meet my expectation. I recently hired USA Insulation of Fairfax County to insulate the ceiling above my garage, and I can say without hesitation that the experience exceeded my expectations from beginning to end. The room above my garage had always been extremely difficult to regulate from a temperature standpoint — uncomfortably cold during the winter and excessively hot during the summer. It became clear that the original insulation in the garage ceiling was severely inadequate from an energy-efficiency perspective. After researching several companies, I came across USA Insulation through an Instagram advertisement. I was initially skeptical about responding to an online ad and somewhat hesitant to provide my information, but I ultimately decided to give them an opportunity. I am very glad that I did. Their pricing was fair and competitive, and the responsiveness of the company was impressive. I signed the contract on a Friday, and by the following Monday a crew of four arrived with a fully equipped truck ready to begin work. The foreman, Anthony, carefully prepared the workspace by covering the garage floor and surrounding areas with protective cloths and thoroughly explained the process to me beforehand, including advising me that the job would generate a substantial amount of dust — which proved accurate. Although the crew encountered an operational delay and arrived later than originally scheduled, they handled the situation professionally and courteously. They sincerely apologized, offered to reschedule if the delay created any inconvenience, and then went above and beyond by staying and working until approximately 9:30 that evening to ensure the project was completed properly. That level of dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction is increasingly rare today. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. The crew performed a dense-pack insulation installation between the joists with great care and attention to detail. It was immediately obvious that they took pride in their work and understood the importance of proper insulation and energy performance. I was equally impressed when James, one of their supervisors, visited the project shortly after work began. He personally reviewed everything with me and took the time to answer questions thoroughly. What stood out most was his willingness to go beyond the immediate scope of the project. Using a thermal imaging device, he helped identify another problematic area inside the house that suffers from the same temperature inconsistencies the room above my garage previously experienced. That kind of proactive customer care demonstrates a company that genuinely cares about helping homeowners solve problems rather than simply completing another installation. Throughout the entire process, every member of the team conducted themselves professionally and respectfully. I found them to be hardworking, honest, knowledgeable, and committed to high business standards and ethics. A+++ service and installation. James and his team did a fantastic job insulating our attic. They were able to get in, seal up the holes, and layer insulation on top. They even found some places where there was zero insulation up there. They explained everything the job entailed and got it done in less than a day. I really appreciate the hard work Anthony and crew put in that day.
