Our home is 125 years old and had no insulation in the walls other than some clapboard. Justin and his team showed up on time and did an outstanding job insulating our house. Everything was explained in detail and thanks to his knowledge and years of experience, was able to navigate through unforseen issues. Thank you USA Insulation! We already notice a huge difference in the comfort of our home. Thankfully, we got it done in time to take advantage of the tax credit too.

I couldn't be happier with the service I got from Justin and Noah. They worked all day and were very professional and careful with everything. When they left at the end of the day you couldn't tell that they were even here. They cleaned everything and put all the cedar shingles back exactly the way they were when they started. When they left you could tell the house was cooler and you didn't hear as much of the road most as you could before. Forrest was my salesman and I really appreciate his friendliness and not being pushy about going with their company. Would I recommend USA insulation, yes I would.

Jake was our salesman and explained what would be done and how it would be done. Justin and Noah was awesome. They showed up before scheduled and gave a courtesy call when about 10 min away. Was very nervous having the walls insulated with foam because of the remarks that was made about using foam on brick homes. Justin explained everything to me and even had me stay with him as he was doing it to assure me that it would be ok. They (Justin & Noah) were very professional and took all my worries away. I am so glad that I decided on USA Insulation do my Insulation job. I had Insulation in attic and exterior walls done. It only took them about 4 hrs for whole job. Could not be happier! From the informative initial visit from Jake, to the installation provided by Justin and Noah, we had a great experience! Super impressed with how the installation went! They were very professional, friendly and went over and above to keep my home clean inside and out. They did a ton of work in one day and you can’t even tell they were here!! As for the insulation, my 1957 cape cod barely had any and my a/c ran majority of the time…and my electric bill reflected that. My home is so much more comfortable and that comfort is very consistent now. My a/c unit now seems to only run 32% of the time and is off 68%. This was the opposite before the insulation. I can’t wait to see the bills go down and I’m thankful we’re going to be very comfortable this winter!! Should have done this long ago!! Thank you so much USA Insulation!!!

Our Sales Manager, Jake, was phenomenal—he answered every single one of my questions (and I asked a lot!) without a second of hesitation. He was incredibly kind and made sure we felt 100% confident and informed before we ever signed the contract. On Friday, Ben and Clint arrived to handle the installation. They maintained that same level of professionalism, checking in with us throughout the process to ensure we were happy and answering the few follow-up questions we had while they worked.
