Spoke with Karissa who offered to explain what the process was for attic insulation. , while obtaining rebates. Everything went very smooth, she is very efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and answered all questions. Within 5 days my application was accepted, the installation was completed, and paperwork sent to the appropriate companies. Joey and Steve, who installed the insulation were very professional, explained their process and covered all floor areas needed to finish the job. They kept me informed during the process and showed me photos of the final results. They cleaned up after themselves and took great care not to cause any mishaps while blowing the insulation in the attic.

Kenny was professional and explained all the benefits and what my house needed to be more energy efficient. Joey and Chris did a great job with the insulation project were friendly and professional. Joey did a walk through before starting the job and after. They did a nice job cleaning up and I appreciated the great service. Highly recommend USA Insulation of Connecticut.

Workers arrived at scheduled time and did an outstanding job. Answered any questions and concerns before starting. They proceeded to perform their work and finished efficiently. Did some extra clean up when finished and gave a thorough walk-through to explain their work. Everything was done to great satisfaction

Matt was here for attic installation estimate from USA Inatallation. He was very professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with and very honest. He offered great suggestions to accommodate our needs. Pricing was reasonable. He had our concerns in mind. Better than an average sales person with regard to keeping the customer's best interest in the forefront.

During the consultation, Rocky the project specialist, was knowledgeable and reviewed every detail of the installation, including the benefit of doing the insulation. He provided proof of insurance, reviews, photographs, etcétera. He conducted an evaluation of all áreas and provided three options to complete the process. The whole team at USA Insulation of CT was great to work with. Karissa was diligent about keeping me aware of things via phone and text, Matt did a fantastic job of determining our insulation needs and walking us through the process, and Benny and his team (Dominick, Julio, Joey, and Darian) were extremely efficient in getting the job done properly. Seriously, I work from home and it was like they weren't there at all! They got to my place right on time, set things up, got to work, and cleaned up so well after they left the place nicer than they found it! Of course, along with fantastic customer service, the insulation has already begun to pay off. Our new home had only about 5 inches of insulation in the attic (yikes) and barely any insulation at all in most of the walls (double yikes!). How the previous owners managed to survive living like this is beyond me. We realized we needed to check our insulation more thoroughly after the ac was struggling to keep our second (and main) floor below 82 degrees. We're able to track and monitor when our ac cycles on and off. Since installing the insulation just yesterday, there's already been a noticeable dip in the amount of times the ac has had to cycle on. Even now, it's 90 degrees outside while inside it's a comfortable 72 degrees. And the last time my ac had to cycle on to keep it there was... an hour ago for about 15 minutes. That is a MASSIVE improvement. So to USA Insulation of CT, you have our sincerest thanks for making our first house feel like that much more of a properly comfy (and cool) home!

What a great job USA Insulation did for us in insulation our attic. . Very reasonably priced. Their installation crew was very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend them!
