Amazing experience. We found USA Insulation through the Duke Energy Portal and the entire process was very smooth. We had gotten several quotes for attic insulation but they definitely had the most competitive price and service. Parker and Nicole were our point of contacts there and they provided amazing customer service from beginning to the end. The crew that came in was also super knowledgeable and helpful. In summary, excellent high quality work and customer service!

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Parker, the sales agent, was punctual, straightforward and not at all pushy. Nicole K, the office manager, was an absolute delight to speak with on the phone every time I called. Not only did USA Insulation’s offer represent the most affordable out of the four quotes I received through Duke, but their service and communication was simply outstanding. After the project was completed, Nicole proactively mentioned that one of the crew had accidentally pushed a nail through the ceiling of a bedroom (from above, in the attic) and scheduled a time to get it fixed. I honestly wouldn’t have even noticed the tiny crack in the ceiling had she not mentioned it. What incredible professionalism. This is a company that treats its customers with incredible respect. The employees are actual human beings with a clear humanism that I did not expect, but which I greatly appreciated. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We are so happy we chose USA Insulation to reinsulate our attic and seal our duct work. We shopped around a bit and found them to be the most comprehensive and affordable. Everyone we spoke with from quote, to scheduling, to service was very professional, responsive, and kind. They found an issue when they came to give an estimate and sent someone out first thing to resolve it before our actual service date. It definitely saved us a lot of $ on heating and air. Nicole was super helpful with scheduling. Conner and team did a great job and made sure everything was sparkling clean before they left. They were very kind to our dogs, too! Our house is noticeably much cooler after they sealed everything up and added insulation. Highly recommend!

I contacted multiple companies to request quotes, one being USA Insulation. They were responsive, Parker came out to the house, provided a comprehensive and competitive estimate. They explained the Duke rebate and a potential tax credit. Nicole did a great job pulling everything together, coordinating and scheduling the work. Everything went just as she said it would. Cassie and her crew showed up on time, explained what they were going to do, executed it seamlessly and left their workspace as clean as is was when they arrived.

They are awesome! They did spray insulation in my garage walls and ceiling and were in and out in no time! Very thorough and knew exactly what needed to be done. Very nice people and I loved that they showed up on time, (A rarity for most companies in NC). I also loved that they spent time to put plastic down and cleaned/vacuumed in the end. These guys were great, a very friendly crew. I would recommend them to anyone who needs insulation!

I needed my attic and crawlspace insulation refreshed. Easy estimate process. The team that did my job was professional, courteous, and dog friendly. They worked fast, cleaned up, and did a great job. My attic looks fluffy and my crawlspace looks almost new.
