Recently had ancient blown insulation removed and replaced with new blown insulation in our attic by USA Insulation, and got their full air seal service. The entire experience was excellent, beginning with Parker's inspection and quote, and all of the communications and attention provided by Michael (owner) and Nicole (office manager), and the actual long day of work performed by Kassie and the crew. Everyone was professional, responsive, personable, friendly and efficient and the end result is perfect. It makes a noticeable difference in our comfort in the house. Highly recommend this company.

USA Insulation of Charlotte is the company to use. I got three different estimates. This company went beyond customer service. It has been a long time since I have been excited about a company's work. The team was efficient, clean, Respectful. Hire them you won't be sorry you did!

I was very impressed with USA Insulation. From Parker, who did the in-home estimate consultation and Nicole in the office, who were great and easy to work with (Parker pointed out a tax credit I wouldn't have known about, if he hadn't told me). To the two installers, whose names I didn't get. But they did the job in less time than I was told, yet didn't rush the job. They were both efficient, courteous and made sure to clean up when they finished. It was kind of neat to watch actually! They said I shouldn't need any more insulation for many years, but if I do, I'll call them. Thank you for doing a great job!

The crew arrived on time. Immediately started setting up. Out with the old nest insulation and then with the new. Everyone was delightful helpful. They got the job done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend.

Parker, who gave us a quote for the job, was prompt, courteous and thorough in his estimate and quote for the job. He added about 7-8" of additional blown insulation and they were half of what the bigger guy's charge. The installation team showed up on time and cleaned up after the job was complete. I definitely highly recommend USA Insulation.

This review is long overdue! I cannot sing enough praises for USA Insulation. It was one of the best service and installation experiences we’ve had in a long time. Everyone from Parker, Nicole, Cassie, Tim, and Michael (the owner) were amazing! Parker is a true professional and great at explaining how the process works and gave us great options. He never pressured anything and allowed me the opportunity to pick the best option on my own time. Nicole was awesome at breaking down the whole process step-by-step so there were no surprises and she was able to answer all of my questions. Cassie is a force of nature and amazing at her craft! Tim was awesome at following up with me and Michael is extremely personable and his appearance alone made me feel like this business really cares about their customers. I’ve never experienced such professionalism, punctuality, and a pleasant experience all around. They didn’t stop working from the minute they arrived and cleaned up everything where you didn’t even know anyone was there! Last, but not least, it has been over a month since we’ve had our insulation done and we can definitely feel the difference and we’re so grateful that we chose USA Insulation for this project!
