I had a great experience with USA Insulation company! The service was excellent from start to finish, and the entire process was smooth and professional. Parker was our technician, and he did a fantastic job explaining the project, walking us through the details, and making sure we understood everything. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer our questions. It’s refreshing to work with a company that truly cares about customer service and satisfaction. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for AC installation and outstanding service!

We have nothing but good to say about our experience with USA Insulation of Charlotte. We had attic insulation brought up to code and duct and attic sealing done. From start to finish the experience was easy and painless. The sales person came out to inspect and quoted us fairly and promptly. We got on the schedule quite quickly. Nicole is so prompt and efficient. She even filed with Duke Power for our rebates for us. The technicians that came out were professional, efficient and left our home neat and tidy. We look forward to decreasing energy bills after this work was done. Thank you to USA Insulation.

We had Cohen’s Insulation come out for an insulation project in our bonus room (converted from attic space), and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Billy, the manager, showed up on time, took the time to really listen to what we needed, and put together a solid plan. His quote was competitive, and I appreciated that he didn’t try to oversell us on anything we didn’t need. The install crew, Justin and Smith, were professional and did quality work. They actually went above and beyond what we originally asked for. Overall, a great experience — would recommend Cohen’s to anyone looking to get a similar space insulated.

Had an amazing experience from start to finish with USA Insulation. Needed some new Insulation in my attic as what I had previously was not up to code and lacked in most areas causing high energy bills. The consultation was stress free. The technician came and determined what was needed and was very knowledgeable. On the day of my appointment the crew came on time and quickly got to work. They were nice, professional, and cleaned up afterwards. Will recommend this company to anyone that is looking for great work at a reasonable price.

The USA Insulation crew did a great job from start to finish. Parker laid out all the options clearly for us. The crew that removed the old insulation and blew in new worked tirelessly. We are very pleased with the workmanship and the price was reasonable.

They did such a good job. Arrived very close to when they said they would arrive and communicated well the entire time. Pricing was reasonable and you do get a nice rebate from Duke if you choose to insulate and seal, which USA insulation handles for you. A friend of mine is looking to have her attic insulated and asked me to keep her posted on how my process goes. I’ll be able to tell her it went very well.

USA Insulation did an outstanding job installing insulation in our attic. They arrived on time, gave us a fair price and let us know step by step what to expect when they completed the job. Their attention to detail and customer service was outstanding.

I had Kassie and her crew Rob & Ben come to my house & blow in insulation for me. Having them here was nice & they were quite quiet. I work from home, so I was concerned with noise from the job - but it wasn’t an issue at all. All 3 of them were very friendly, professional & took great care in the work they performers. Highly recommended!!

The team showed up when they said they would. Called the night before to go over everything. Asked if i had any questions. Was very professional upon arrival. Worked the entire time efficiently and with professional behavior. Once completed they cleaned and let me look at the work. Very satisfied with the job.I would recommend this crew for sure. Thanks!

USA insulation was very easy to work with. Every person that I interacted with was professional, likeable, and efficient. From Parker, who came out for our estimate, to Nicole who handled clerical and payment, to Cassidy and her team who completed the job, every step stress free. They gave me the best deal and the best service. You wont go wrong with them.
