USA Insulation of Charlotte was outstanding. I got a free estimate on the work. The job was scheduled within 10 days. The work was done with high quality and care. The workers were friendly and did the job promptly and cleaned up the work site completely after the job. I was satisfied with their knowledge and total cost for job. My house's master closet above my garage had very cold floors (50F) in the winter time. USA Insulation identifed that the 16 inches of height space between my garage ceiling & master closet floor had only the minimum 8 inches of batt blanket installation per NC building code and this left a 8 inch air gap for the cold air to enter below the floor of master closet. There are knee attics on both sides of master closet that allow the cold air to enter into the un-insulated space below the master closet floors. USA insulation of Charlotte assessed the problem correctly and fix the 12 foot by 11 foot space area (132 sq feet) with blown-in loosefill fiberglass insulation. They cut 2 inches holes in garage ceiling to blow the loose fill insulation into this dead space. The holes were patched over and joint compound for later painting. The master closet floors is no longer cold on the feet and the room is not cold in winter time. I should save money on my heating and air conditioning bills going forward.

From the very start, I’ve been impressed with USA Insulation. After my Home Energy Audit from Duke, USA Insulation was the first team to contact me and schedule a free consult. Parker came by promptly as scheduled and gave my attic a through investigation and then explained in detail what could be down to improve the air flow in my attic, seal the air flow, increase my insulation and he was confident it would reduce our energy costs. I had three other companies provide estimates, but no where near as through and professional as Parker. The job was scheduled for a week later when I called them to choose their services. Nicole was very helpful on the phone and confirmed all the work that would be done. You can tell USA Insulation works as a team because there was no communication gaps or confusion at all! On the date of the scheduled project, the USA Insularion team arrived on time and immediately began setting up. Cassie (sorry if misspelled), went over evening with me before and after the job and showed me photos of the before and after. I was quoted a 5-hour project, but it only took this team 3-hours!!!! I highly recommend USA Insulation for your energy efficient needs!

With the summer heat waves I noticed my home gets hotter during the day and my HVAC struggles to keep up/runs all day. I looked at a few other insulation companies in Charlotte and ended up using USA and I am so so glad I did! It was a quick and easy process setting up the inspection, getting the quote on the spot, and when I decided to book, I was able to get on the calendar for the next week! Everyone was so friendly and definitely made it clear they wanted me to be happy with everything! I got my attic sealed, insulation added, hvac items wrapped, and they put in a storage area with plywood for me! And they handle the Duke energy rebates for you with just your account number! With the added rebates from Duke they are definitely well priced for the work, especially compared to others who try to push additional, not needed items!

The team showed up when they said they would. Called the night before to go over everything. Asked if i had any questions. Was very professional upon arrival. The USA Insulation team came here a little before the appointment time to get unpacked and see the work site for themselves. We walked through all the areas that they would take care of during their time here with them referring to the pictures of the work area each place that had been taken by Parker Cook. The work began quickly after all the materials had been put in each section of the house to be done. They worked nonstop in each area. The attic area that was needing the blown in dust free fiberglass insulation was brought in through a dormer window to not drag the tube through the house. All areas were cleaned up with no sign of any mess anywhere. When they had completed all of the areas that needed insulation; we walked all around and saw their excellent work! They asked if we needed anything else. The work had all been done so nothing else was needed. The team was friendly, hardworking, neat, personable, loved on our dogs, and checked if we had any questions.
