USA Insulation of Charlotte was outstanding. I got a free estimate on the work. The job was scheduled within 10 days. The work was done with high quality and care. The workers were friendly and did the job promptly and cleaned up the work site completely after the job. I was satisfied with their knowledge and total cost for job. My house's master closet above my garage had very cold floors (50F) in the winter time. USA Insulation identifed that the 16 inches of height space between my garage ceiling & master closet floor had only the minimum 8 inches of batt blanket installation per NC building code and this left a 8 inch air gap for the cold air to enter below the floor of master closet. There are knee attics on both sides of master closet that allow the cold air to enter into the un-insulated space below the master closet floors. USA insulation of Charlotte assessed the problem correctly and fix the 12 foot by 11 foot space area (132 sq feet) with blown-in loosefill fiberglass insulation. They cut 2 inches holes in garage ceiling to blow the loose fill insulation into this dead space. The holes were patched over and joint compound for later painting. The master closet floors is no longer cold on the feet and the room is not cold in winter time. I should save money on my heating and air conditioning bills going forward.

Had USA Insulation of Charlotte insulate our garage, foam in wall cavities and blown in R38 above through the attic floor into the ceiling. The crew was cautious of our home and cleaned up well. From scheduling to install it was very smooth and the garage workshop is now nearly 30 degrees warmer than the outside temp. I look forward to it being cooler in the summer as well!

USA Insulation did an excellent job sealing our attic, extending the vent ducts to the eaves, and adding additional insulation. They also wrapped our crawlspace ductwork, all at a very fair price. October 29, 2025 USA Insulation of Charlotte installed insulation in my home attic, flawlessly. From the initial meeting on product info with Parker to four (4) days later having the insulation and other products installed the process was stellar and professional. Daniel's crew installed the product, explained what they were doing, and cleaned up afterwards including vacuuming the areas of the house they traveled in, to blowing off my driveway where their vehicle was parked. Amazing experience from start to finish. The Tax Rebate of Insulation Installment ends this year - and, this is the company to perform the installation! Superb workmanship and thank you!
