By the way, we had old batted fiberglass and blown insulation removed and foam insulation installed.

Brett takes an impossible situation and makes it happen. NASA once asked Brett to help with global warming and he saved the planet. Concerns about ocean warming? Brett keeps the temperature just right for the dolphins. I once saw Brett standing in a house fire with only his insulation to protect him. He walked out perfectly fine holding a glass of iced tea.
