Cole and his team were professional and efficient. They completed the work on time and to my satisfaction. They also cleaned up after themselves and took the time to answer any questions I had. They had several options from blown insulation, spray foam and a liquid foam for the walls. I had them increase the insulation over the living space, garage, and fill the garage walls with liquid foam. The pricing was good. I would definitely use them again. Thank you! UPDATE: Roughly 3 months after job was completed, I recognized some areas of concern that I felt needed additional insulation. I contacted Cole expecting to be brushed off and ghosted since the job was paid and completed. However, I was extremely pleased when he quickly returned my call, schedule an appointment for the following week to address my concerns. His team came and spent several hours blowing in foam to resolve the issues. No problems, no additional questions. He treated me with the attitude that the "customer is always right." I cannot endorse their services any stronger. If this is typical performance, then other companies have a high bar to meet competitors service level. Thank you to Cole and his team!

They were excellent to work with, I had a quote before they left my home at out first meeting. Everyone was friendly and professional. They insulated my whole home, I have noticed some difference in the sound already, can't wait to see how it will effect my utility bills. I would recommend them to anyone with an older home like mine.

Cole and team were great. We live in an attached townhouse in SE Boise and with home work being a reality for us, being able to have a quiet interior is of the utmost importance. We hired USA Insulation to drill and install foam insulation in the common wall on my side and my neighbors side. We ended up testing it with a JBL Charge Blue tooth speaker which was cranked to full volume playing Led Zeppelin. Quiet as can be on our side. Great product for sound deadening!

Cole was extremely friendly, informative, and a pleasure to work with. I insulated most of the walls of our old (1908) house myself with loose fill cellulose, and USA Insulation sprayed foam into the trickier wall cavities that I couldn't easily get to. If I had it to do over again, I might have preferred hiring them to do the whole house. Highly recommended--thanks Cole!

I called USA Insulation of Boise when I needed some injection insulation done fast. I called them on a Monday and said I needed the job completed by Friday. Nichole was able to help me immediately. She and Cole, made an appointment to go out to my customer's house the following day to assess the situation. Cole sent me a quote on Wednesday and completed the work on Friday. The service was fantastic, the work was immaculate, and I will continue to use USA Insulation every time going forward. Thank you for everything!
