EASTLAKE, Ohio - Dec. 22, 2011 - USA Insulation, a national franchise that specializes in premium wall insulation, is ranked No. 327 on Entrepreneur magazine's 2012 Franchise 500 List. Last year the company was ranked No. 432. The purpose of the Franchise 500 ranking is to reveal popular industries and the trends making an impact on their future.
In addition, USA Insulation was ranked No. 23 on the magazine's 2012 Top New Franchises List. This list ranks the top 50 companies that began franchising in the last five years.
"Considering the number of franchises in the US, we're excited to receive this recognition by the Franchise 500 list," said USA Insulation President Pat Pitrone. "This simply shows the nationwide demand by homeowners for adequate home insulation to reduce high-energy bills and discomfort continues to make our franchise opportunity appealing."
The US insulation market is estimated at $7.1 billion. A recent study by the Freedonia Group shows US demand for insulation materials will rise 7.4 percent annually through 2014. Pitrone said he's seen homeowners decrease their energy bills by as much as 40 to 50 percent by properly insulating their walls and attic.
USA Insulation, the first and only national residential retrofit insulation company with a proprietary wall insulation product and franchise opportunity, began offering franchises in 2004. Its hallmark is not only offering a business system but also having the highest R-valueof any wall insulation on the market with its USA Premium Foam Insulation.
"Our franchise business model, proprietary products and commitment to outstanding service set us apart from the competition and likely had a lot to do with our Franchise 500 ranking," added Pitrone.
Since its inception the company has insulated more than 20,000 homes nationwide. USA Insulation was established in 1977 and incorporated in 1985.
