Spray Foam Vs. Injection Foam

Injection Foam

Our injectable insulation for homes is pumped into wall spaces in a liquid form with the consistency of shaving cream, where it flows freely throughout the wall cavity—getting behind wires, pipes, electrical outlets, and into cracks and crevices that other insulation can’t reach—and then hardens to keep valuable conditioned air inside your home where it belongs. Your home stays warmer in winter and cooler in summer—quieter too!

Using USA Premium Foam® Insulation is the best way to seal and insulate your existing home – saving you money, making you more comfortable and conserving energy.

Spray Foam

Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) is a high-density, high performance insulating foam plastic. It is spray-applied as liquid and expands to many times its original size to create a thermal barrier that keeps conditioned air inside the home. The spray application makes it ideal for interior walls that do not have an enclosed space to hold injection foam and are in direct contact with the exterior. Spray Polyurethane Foam serves the purpose of several products, including insulation, air barriers, sealants, vapor retarders, and weather barriers.

We have the specialized equipment needed to apply the spray foam and our installers have the proper technical training to get the best results.
