The crew that did the job were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. They also worked very efficiently and the clean-up afterward was great. They left the property clean as it was when they came. Kudos to Ian and his crew! I noted that the house was a lot quieter after the job was done. Too soon to judge how much warmer the house is, since the heating season is almost over. Hopefully this will make a big difference this coming winter. I did not note any "chemical smell" since the insulation was completed. I read that this could be an issue, however, as stated, I didn't notice any chemical odors. Thank you for a job well done so far!

Experience was very good, very positive. The sales guys made good suggestions and were very polite. The installers were polite, clean, fast, professional, and worked hard. They even vacuumed and put back the closet shelves! Ian was especially outstanding!
