Step 1
Call
From the moment you reach out to USA Insulation, you’ll speak to a real person and not an automated machine. On our call, we’ll answer any questions you have and if you’re interested, schedule a free home consultation.
Step 2
Appointment
Once we confirm our appointment 24-hours prior, we’ll come to your home to evaluate, educate and find the right energy-efficient solution for your home!
Step 3
Installation
Our installation process typically takes 1 day to install and is done so with minimal mess. During installation, we treat your home as if it were our own and ensure the area is cleaned up properly. After, we conduct a post-installation assessment.
Step 4
Walk-Through
Our walk-through phase occurs during the same day as the installation process and is a way for us to explain everything we did. We want to make sure you’re happy with the job and take care of any additional paperwork, like payment.
Step 5
Ensure Satisfaction
After 48 hours of completion, we call you to ensure your satisfaction and provide a customer satisfaction survey that’s aimed at improving our performance.
